Ed Hughes is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Board. He is also a co-founder of Stratedge Investment Group. With over 35 years of experience in financial and accounting leadership, Ed oversees LYTIQS’s financial operations, corporate governance, tax matters, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
Previously, Ed was CFO and CAAO at PrimePay, where he spent 27 years leading finance functions, M&A activities, and launching new services, including a P&C Insurance Agency and 401(k) offerings. He successfully guided PrimePay through its sale to a private equity firm.
In addition to his CPA certification, Ed holds a Series 28 Broker Dealer license and has a degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University. Prior to PrimePay, he spent 9 years in public accounting, specializing in audit and tax management.
